So a new Vietnamese food truck just opened this past month and yesterday when I went to get a manipedi with Hannah, turns out the woman who owns the nail store on Thayer started the food truck too!

She was telling us how she sleeps at midnight and wakes up at 7 to prep and cook all of the food for the truck then goes back and forth from the truck and the nail shop. Also she was telling us about her boyfriend and sake and all of her favorite Vietnamese dishes from home. 

Basically, she’s a badass.
